This morning I had to make the hard decision to leave my small flock of chickens whom I love very much, inside of the chicken coop.   As I was doing it, it brought me to a realization that sometimes God makes the same types of decisions.  So, the normal routine with our chickens is that when it’s nice outside, a decent temperature where their combs and waddles won’t freeze off, or they otherwise won’t be in danger, they get to go outside. So here we are... after five months at home, both boys are back in school for the first time after a really long "Spring Break."   It feels a bit like like the wilderness & undiscovered territory ... not sure what’s coming next.Switch over to Homeschooling for one or both? Dual enrollment? Staying in school as they are now? Who knows? There really is no rush to decide.  And that’s perfectly OK.Over these past five months, God has been refining our family to learn to live for today and let tomorrow take care of itself. To rest in the waiting.
